Really good stay
superb service food variety necessary amenities
The staff provided Superb service. Breakfast included a Good variety of food. The hotel also arranged a cheap shuttle to the airport. The room had all the necessary amenities.
The room Was small, especially the toilet and shower area.

The room was modern and very clean. The hotel staff cleaned it daily. The bed proved comfortable, and i appreciated the coffee and tea in the room. The room design was tasteful and felt spacious.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially two front desk workers. I found the personnel cute! i appreciated the fast WiFi. The staff organized a cheap and comfortable shuttle service to the airport.

Really good Value and Convenient Location
impressively clean fresh breakfast good value
The hotel was impressively clean. The decor felt quite new and pleasant. The air conditioning worked supercool. Breakfast was both tasteful and fresh. I especially liked that it was within walking distance from the center but not directly in the busiest part. I found good value overall.
I could not find a USB plug in the room. This detail was like an oversight in such a modern facility. It would be very useful for international travellers.

The hotel has a good location near a metro station. I found it well-placed for accessing various parts of the city. It is also located conveniently to Casa de Musica and Palacio de Cristal with gardens.

relentless traffic noise high floor request
the staff was nice (i was impressed by their willingness to help).
I had high hopes for this hotel but it turned out to be a major disappointment. i specifically requested a quiet room on a high floor as i have difficulty sleeping with noise. i was placed on the 5th floor, in a room directly next to the elevator. The traffic noise was relentless.
